Return & Refund Policy

We’d like you to be happy with your purchase from us. Should you be not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement or refund if you met the conditions stated below:

  1. Our refund and return policy are within 7 days of the date receiving with providing a receipt or proof of purchase with the required state-issued photo identification for return.
  2. When your good arrives or receiving thru self-pickup, please inspect the goods for any damage or defects before signing on the good of receive note.
  3. Request for a return/refund for the following reasons: –
    • Not receiving the goods, such as missing items or parcels lost in transit.
    • Wrong good(s) was delivered.
    • Received goods with damaged or defective products.
    • Received goods with an expiry date of fewer than 3 Months for non-Sales/ Clearance items.
    • Such other circumstances which may be prescribed by us from time to time.
  4. To be eligible for a return/refund, kindly refer to the below conditions.
    • Goods are in good condition in original packaging.
    • Price tag is not removed (If any)
    • Goods expiry date less than 3 months but no under shocking sales items.
    • Original receipt is provided.
    • We require stated-issued photo identification for returns, if you choose not to provide us with an ID, we will not accept the return. We reserve the right to not give refunds. Even if the original receipt is presented.
  5. No refund shall be entertained after the stipulated return timeline although provide the receipt of proof of purchase with stated-issued photo identification. For any inquiries, , please contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within working hours.

Exceptions / Non- returnable items

  1. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned / exchangeable stated as below: –
    • Frozen and chilled food
    • Fresh Produce
    • Perishable and/or semi-perishable goods
    • Liquid Products.
    • All types of vouchers.
    • Any item specifically stated non-exchangeable, returnable.
    • Clearance products
    • Expired products while they expired in the customer’s possession after purchase.

Exchange

  1. Exchange is only available for the replacement of the same item.
  2. If the replacement item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise the Buyer of the estimated timeline (depending on the length of delivery/shipment). The Buyer may choose a refund if the Buyer disagrees with the estimated timeline.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, any extra payment made will be reimbursed to your payment card/ account/e-Wallet. Please allow 4 – 5 working days from the goods received date to process your reimbursement. Please take note each issuer bank will have a different time period from 7 – 14 working days to reflect the refined sum in your bank account/statement.

 

Sale items

  1. Sales items cannot be refunded /exchanged. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

 

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have done all the stated above steps and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within working hours.

 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Users can choose the delivery option either delivery at the counter or self-pickup at the

Specified pick-up location. This is limited to the specified size in Klang Valley.

For Special Orders, the time taken to complete the order is from seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days from the date of purchase.

The user can check the delivery status of the user by logging into the user’s RuncitHero Online Platform or courier service’s Online Platform.

Pickup at selected Pickup Locations: All orders are packed using standard consumer packaging materials. At the time of collection at the selected location, the user agrees to check the packaging of the goods and to ensure that the sticker is not damaged or opened before the user signs the receipt of the package. The user has the right to refuse to receive the package if the user finds that the package sticker is damaged or opened.

If the user does not pick up the user’s package at the user’s chosen pick-up location within (7) working days from the delivery date, the package may be disposed of. and Code will not refund any amount that the user has spent on such purchases. for a list of pick-up locations.

The total cost of delivery to the pick-up location of the user’s choice is free. The estimated delivery time is within seven (7) working days from the date of purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. We practice a “Grace Period” of twenty- four (24) hours on your purchase.
  2. For any cancellation after an order within the “Grace Period’, please contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within working hours.
  3. You have the right to cancel your purchase without justifying during the “Grace Period”.

 

Others

  1. This exchange, return, and refund policy may be varied by us from time to time without assigning any reason and notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon updating on the RuncitHero Online Platform.
