How do I order?

Please follow the steps:

(1)   Login to Boost App

(2)   Select MAIWP

(3)   Enter your detail

(4)   Add your selected item into your cart

(5)   Check your order list

(6)   Select your shipping option

(7)   Proceed on payment

Your eligible items will be listed for your purchase. Please be noted that you are required to fulfil on at least one quantity for each mandatory item in order to be eligible for optional item.

How do I check my orders after payment?

Please follow the steps:

(1)   Select Sidebar icon at your top left

(2)   Select Akaun

(3)   Select Senarai Pembelian

Your order history will be listed in this screen. You may select “Lihat” to view on the details of your purchases.

What are the delivery options do I have?

You can select either way at your convenient:

·       Collect Over Counter – You can shop at the participated stores and make your order via App. Please select “Penyerahan di Kaunter” and get validation from cashier. Cashier will enter “Vendor Code” for this validation. You can proceed on payment via App and your purchase items are good to take away.

·       Self Pick-Up – You can shop online without visiting to our store. Please select “Ambil Sendiri” as your shipping option and choose yours prefer pick-up location.

 

How do I make payment on my purchase?

You can pay your purchases via BOOST PARTNER WALLET, just click at “Bayar Sekarang” to proceed on your authentication for payment. Please be noted your purchases must not exceed your wallet balance.

What can I purchase with my partner wallet

You can only purchase the items which are eligible under the MAIWP category. To check on your MAIWP profile, please visit https://ebaitulmal.maiwp.gov.my/kasihasnaf/semakan_bps/

What happen if there is remaining balance in my wallet?

The remaining balance in your wallet can only be spent within MAIWP eCommerce site.

How do I check my cart?

Select the Cart icon at your top right. Your selected items will be listed here, and you can check out your cart by selecting your shipping option and select “Bayar Sekarang” to proceed on payment.

Where can I view on the policies?

Please follow the steps:

(2)   Select Akaun

(3)   Select Polisi

How do I contact Customer Service?

Please follow the steps:

How do I cancel my purchase?

You are given a “Grace Period” of 48hours in which you are only allowed to cancel your order within the grace period.

To cancel you order, please follow the steps:

(1)   Select Sidebar icon at your top left

(2)   Select Akaun

(3)   Select Senarai Pembelian

(4)   Select the order you wish to cancel

(5)   Select Batalkan Pembelian

(6)   Select YA to confirm your cancellation request

You will get refund of your purchase amount into your Boost Partner Wallet within three (3) working days.

How do I track the status of my orders?

Please follow the steps:

(1)   Select Sidebar icon at your top left

(2)   Select Akaun

(3)   Select Senarai Pembelian

(4)   Select the order you wish to track

(5)   Select Lihat

(6)   Select Pengesahan Pesanan

You can also visit J&T website and enter the consignment note number (Airways Bill No.) to track on your parcel at https://www.jtexpress.my/tracking.

 

 

Return and Refund

How do I send request for return and refund?

Please check on our Return and Refund Policy before proceeding on your request.

Please follow the steps:

(1)   Select Sidebar icon at your top left

(2)   Select Akaun

(3)   Select Senarai Pembelian

(4)   Select the order you wish to request for return and refund

(5)   Select Lihat

(6)   Select Permintaan Pulangan & Pembayaran Balik

(7)   Select on the item you wish to request for return and refund

(8)   Select YA to confirm your request

You are required to drop off your return parcel at J&T location at your convenient. Please present the barcode given to the J&T staff.

You will get refund of your purchase amount into your Boost Partner Wallet within seven (7) working days.

How long is the return validity period?

Any returns must be sent not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase and a refund will only be reviewed after we have received your return package.

If you fail to return your parcel within the validity period, your request will be rejected.

When will I get my refund?

You will get refund of your purchase amount into your Boost Partner Wallet within seven (7) working days after your request has been reviewed and approved.

What are the reasons allowing for return and refund request?

You can request for a return/refund with the following reasons:

·       You did not receive the product, such as missing item or parcel lost in transit.

·       You received wrong product, such as wrong size, colour or item.

·       You received product with physical damage, such as material torn apart or faulty zippers.

Can I send my return parcel to the store?

You are not allowed to send your return parcel to the store.

 

EXCHANGE

How long is the exchange validity period?

Product can be returned for exchange at store within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

What are the conditions allowing for exchange?

You only allowed to exchange your item at the brand’s store. Please refer to the Exchange Policy to check on the participated brands allow for exchange.

·       Product must be returned in the same condition as received together with the original packaging and labels attached.

·       You can request for exchange on the same product with different size but not to exchange to a different type of product.

·       If you exchange the product at higher price, you must make cash payment to the store cashier. No e-wallet payment allows for exchange.

·       If you exchange the product at lower price, there will be no refund in cash or into your e-wallet.

·       Exchange at store is depending on stock availability.

Will I get rejected for exchange?

The store / brand reserves the right to reject the exchange request
