Shipping & Delivery Policy
- RUNCITHERO applied strict quality control to ensure all items will be checked and shipped out in good condition. You can choose your preferred shipment method option either self-pickup or home delivery.
- Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Customer on the completed order form at the RuncitHero Online Platform.
- Once your order is placed it will be reviewed. Orders will be dispatched within 4 – 5 business days upon us receiving your order. Shipping may take additional time during promotional periods and extreme weather conditions.
- Those orders made between Saturday (after 10.00 am), Sunday, or public holidays will be processed and delivered on the following working day.
- We only provide deliveries from Monday to Saturday Only. Except for Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Delivery area only applies to Klang Valley only.
- No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- For the Shipping Method as “Home Delivery”, the courier rider will deliver the Customer’s order to the main entrance of the delivery address. For high-rise buildings, this means the main lobby or similar publicly accessible area. For the housing area, with a guarded entrance, please notify the guardhouse to allow our riders to enter. We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.
- Delivery Charges will only apply for those order shipping methods such as “Home delivery”. For self-pickup will be Free of Charge (FOC).
- You may track the status of the shipment by logging into the RuncitHero Online Platform following by selecting Order Module-> To Ship -> View -> Track Order.
- For self-pickup: All orders are packed using our standard packaging materials. At the time of self-pickup, you agree to inspect products to ensure are not damaged or opened before you sign off the good receive note.
- If the order was not pick-up within seven (7) days of the delivery date, the order may be disposed of. Hence, we will not refund any amount that you spent on your order.
- Whilst making every effort to deliver all Customer goods in the agreed time, RuncitHero will not be liable if it fails to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond its control.
